Because the flange is thicker and the groove is larger, segmental symmetry and multi-layer welding are adopted for welding. Ultimately, the weld strength is required to be at least as strong as the base metal. The surface of the welding seam is smooth and smooth, and there are no defects such as burn-through, porosity, welding leakage, slag inclusion, undercut, and incomplete welding. The excess height is less than 2mm.

As for welded flanges, what many customers question is whether the quality of iron plate welded flanges is better than that of forged welded flanges. In fact, the quality of the iron plate welding flange is the same as that of the forged welding flange, but what is the guarantee of the iron plate welding flange, that is, the material of the iron plate welding flange is the least guaranteed, because In the general process, there is no problem with the density of the iron plate welding flange, but in the process of production, the blank of the iron plate welding flange is rarely tested.
